Rivoli’s Castel"Wohlgemuth"

Villa Poggio Ulivo is located in Rivoli Veronese (2200 people), north-west of Verona (25km far). Rivoli is a place rich of history:
- in 1848 the fight between Radetsky and the troop from Piemonte
- Rivoli’s Castle, called Wohlgemuth, in onor of the Army-General from Austria who distincted himself in the battle of 1848
- 14 of January 1794 the battle between the Austrian troops and Napoleon

Wind Farm of Rivoli Veronese

Villa Poggio Ulivo B&B in located 300meters far from the brand new wind park. In 2013 6 wind turbines of 2 MW each were installed on Mesa Mountain, which product clean energy for 6000 families.

Cycleway "Adige-Sole"

The cycleway begins in Verona and ends in Trento. It takes part in the Itinerario Ciclabile Europeo "EUROVELO n°7”.
